Yanmar presented its new 6LF and 6LT engine series on Boot Düsseldorf 2020. The 6LF series is now available for ordering, while the 6LT series is not yet available. The two new series upgrade the existing common rail portfolio with six different models, ranging from 485 to 640 HP. The new 6LF series has the following basic technical characteristics:

• Models ranging from 485, 530 & 550 HP

• Yanmar VC20 vessel control system

• 6 cylinders and 6.728 L displacement

• Meets EPA Tier 3 and RCD2 exhaust emission regulations

• Ideal for power boats up to 55 feet, recreational applications and light duty commercial vessels
