During November and December Navela hosted technical training for leaders and employees of certified Yanmar service offices, mechanical engineers who are in charge of charter boat engines maintenance and boatbuilders in its new, functional business center. More specifically, in its classrooms and service workshop, specially equipped for the purpose.
Each year the content of the training is updated according to new engine lines, trends and regulations, but also specific interests of the participants. This year one of the main topic was electricity supply on the boat.
With the continuous increase in the installed Yanmar engines on the Adriatic coast, Navela improves its services, but the services of the service network as well. It does so with the existing IMCI certification and the Best in Service project. A follow up to existing successful projects will be the motor card and the CRM, customer relationship management portal, with the overall goal of increased end user satisfaction.
Navela does not only train the service network, but also boost a friendly competitive atmosphere among the network. By following their work results, Navela decided to reward the service network with five top awards. They were given to Poljomar from Split, Matadura from Split, Brodomehanika Lovrić from Murter, Ultra jedrenje (Ultra Sailing) from Split and Brodomehanika Gašparović from Crikvenica. The top dealer for neighbouring markets is Navar from Montenegro. The gazelle award was given to Kuna from Dubrovnik and AD Maris from Pula. Comforting rewards were given to Almi from Umag, Phoebus from Šibenik and CTM from Dubrovnik.
