In January of 2019 we participated on the Art of Feminine Leadership Conference in Zagreb, Croatia. The main goal of the conference is guidance and usage of soft business skills like transparency, flexibility, empathy, long term thinking and similar, which are the core of future business.

One of the most interesting motto's retrieved from the speaches, which also characterizes Navela was „Happy faces sell more cases“.
