As every year up to this one, Yanmar exhibited on the largest european boat show in Düsseldorf. All eyes were drawn to the new engine generation JH-CR and new 6LY40/440-CR engines which are installed in motorboats and sailbaots.

Great attention has been drawn to the combination of the 4JH80 engine and one sail-drive, SPP, which rotates for 360 degrees with the help of a joystick. This feature brings this unique steering features to sailboats as well. The joystick JC20 was also exhibited. It finds its use in steering of vessels with shaft drive. A newsflash was the fact that Yanmar will soon restart its installation in Elan sailboats thanks to the agreement of Nevenka Čalić from the company Navela and John Peterson from Elan's HQ in Begunje na Gorenjskem (Slovenia).

Nautic boat show visitors know well that Yanmar and their distributors host a sushi party for their colleagues and friends at every show. The case was also in Düsseldorf and it made the perfect opportunity that the small Croatian crew meets with bussines partners.
