Reduced carbon footprint with HVO

Another major announcement: all our marine engine lines are now compatible for HVO fuel use. We support propulsion solutions that positively impact the environment while enhancing the boating experience.

HVO characteristics

• HVO is a new generation paraffinic fuel

• It is a low carbon fuel produced via a hydrotreated process to meet European EN15940 standard

• With good oxidation stability, it is not prone to bacterial growth

• HVO is synthesized from renewable waste materials such as used cooking oil, tall oil by-products, non-food grade crop-based vegetable oil fractions, and residue fat fractions

• HVO cuts carbon dioxide emissions by up to 90%

• HVO is a clear, colorless, odorless liquid
