Job Description:
- Support in sales preparation activities from a technical aspect (applications).
- Support after-sales activities according to manufacturer and company standards for engine installation, maintenance, and warranties.
- Technical monitoring of products (engines) for recreational vessels.
- Technical monitoring of products (engines and robots) for the commercial sector and continuous development and improvement of these products.
- Managing the technical documentation database for the company's sales program.
- Managing the digital communication portal, monitoring interventions during the warranty period and outside the warranty period, and analyzing warranty claims.
- Planning spare parts for predictable warranty needs.
- Monitoring and analyzing the service network performance.
- Involvement in proposing, organizing, and conducting technical training for the network and large customers.
- Transferring technical knowledge within the company.
- Participating in boat shows.
- Coordination and collaboration with other departments.
- Continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Proficiency in computer use – Office software package, CRM Dynamic 365.
- Knowledge of technical software tools.
- Proficiency in English (active knowledge).
- Willingness to travel for business.
- Understanding of business processes.
- Goal-oriented.
- Resourcefulness, dynamism, communication skills, and engagement.
- Teamwork orientation.
Education:
- Higher education degree: Professional Bachelor’s, University Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Required Experience:
- 2 – 5 years
Languages:
- English (advanced)
Skills:
- MS Office, technical software tools
Employment Type:
